Limitation of Liability
MicroController Pros LLC's (uCPros) liability for all products is expressly limited, at our option, to either: a) the repair or replacement of products that meet the manufacturer's Limited Warranty, or b) to a credit to Buyer in an amount equal to the Purchase Price (excluding shipping cost) of the product. In no event shall uCPros be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, losses or expenses directly or indirectly arising from the sale, handling, installation or use of products bought from us or from any other cause related thereto.
