This adapter features a lidded Zero-Insertion-Force socket for programming 44-pin PLCC and CLCC packaged PIC microcontrollers in a 40-pin DIP socket. The DIP plug span is 0.6”. The adapter has a two-piece modular construction, allowing you to replace the individual sub-assemblies when they wear out. Supported devices include the following Microchip PIC MCUs:
