It has Microchip's ENC28J60 Ethernet controller which has an on-board MAC & PHY, 8 Kbytes of Buffer RAM, and SPI serial interface with clock speeds up to 20 MHz. The board has three 2×5-pin headers and one single-row 10-pin header, giving you many options for connecting to your system. The 2×5-pin headers are compatible with the port expansion headers found on various development systems by mikroElektronika. An IDC10 ribbon cable is included. The board has a jumper to set the voltage level of communication lines and power supply to 3.3V or 5V. LEDs indicate the presence of power and Ethernet traffic.
