-40 to +125 °C temperature measurement 0 to 100 percent relative humidity measurement Adjustable signal resolution Fully calibrated I2C communication Low power consumption 3.3V power supply HTU21D click carries a high-precision, easy-to-use relative humidity sensor with temperature output. It's a great solution for developing reliable environmental sensing nodes quickly. The sensor is plug and play, requiring no calibration to use. The measurement range of HTU21D click is from 0 to 100 percent of relative humidity, and -40 to +125 degrees Celsius. The board communicates with your target microcontroller through mikroBUS I2C lines: SCL and SDA (data). The default resolution of the signal is set to 12-bit for relative humidity and 14-bit for temperature readings. Humidity resolution can be set between 8 and 12 bits. Temperature resolution can be set between 12 and 14 bits. Relative humidity is dependent on temperature, so make sure to place HTU21D click in a location where it can get a correct ambient temperature reading. In other words, don't place it next to something that is hotter or colder than the environment. HTU21D click uses a 3.3V power supply only. mikroBUS Click Boards Overview Click boards come with header pins that you must solder yourself. After that, they just plug directly into a mikroBUS socket. mikroBUS is a specially designed plug-and-play pinout standard. The sockets are found on Clicker boards, these mikromedia shields, and development systems from mikroElektronika (V7 systems and later). You also can connect Click boards to many other popular platforms via these adapters: - PC — Click USB Adapter (MIKROE-1433)
- Arduino — Arduino UNO click shield (MIKROE-1581)
- Raspberry Pi — Pi click shield (MIKROE-1512)
- BeagleBone Black — BeagleBone click shield (MIKROE-1596)
- STM32F3 Discovery — STM32F3 Discovery Shield (MIKROE-1447)
- STM32F4 Discovery — STM32F4 Discovery Shield (MIKROE-1481)
- Stellaris LM4F120 LaunchPad / Tiva TM4C123G LaunchPad — Click BOOSTER PACK (MIKROE-1363)
In addition, it is royalty-free to add mikroBUS to your own designs. Visit the mikroBUS Category to see the full line of Click boards. Temperature and Humidity Sensing Add-on Module Resources
