The MYD-AM4378 development board contains a CPU module with a Texas Instruments AM4378 ARM Cortex-A9 processor running at 1 GHz. This is a full-function evaluation kit with rich peripheral interfaces and includes a Linux 3.12.10 operating system.

The CPU module features 512MB DDR3 SDRAM, 4GB eMMC, 32KB EEPROM, Gigabit PHY and PMIC (TPS65218). It connects to the main board through two 0.8mm-pitch 2×50-pin board-to-board connectors. The main board's interfaces include two serial ports, four USB Host ports, one Mini-USB Device port, two 10/100/1000Mbps Ethernet ports, CAN and RS485 interfaces on screw terminals, a microSD card slot, Audio In/Out, HDMI, LCD interfaces, and more. The MYD-C4378 board can run Linux and is delivered with a software package, necessary cables and detailed documentation to get you started quickly right out of the box.
