This plastic knob accepts a 6mm shaft and has a 15mm outer diameter. It simply press-fits onto a shaft. The knob is clear, so it can be used on the illuminated rotary encoder.

The knob has a position indicator, which may not be ideal for use on rotary encoders, but it will get the job done.
