2x LEDs and 2x Buttons 0.7\" iMod Module

The im2BL is a simple header board with two LEDs and two buttons. Its pinout makes it compatible with iMod ports, but as the pins are at 0.1" pitch, it also can be used on any standard prototyping PCB or breadboard.

It has two red LEDs that are connected to iMod ports 2 and 4 (pins 2 and 4 of pin header). The other side of the LEDs are connected to the 0V supply via 1kΩ resistors.

The two buttons are connected to iMod ports 3 and 5 (pins 3 and 5 of pin header). The other side of the buttons are connected to the 0V supply via 1kΩ resistors.

iMod Pin Configuration

This is an iMod module with 0.7" pin column width, meaning it uses a standard pinout and configuration that allows it to be connected easily to any host board that has an iMod port. This includes the Modtronix SBC83I, SBC66UAL, and the various PT66E Prototyping Add-ons for other boards in the SBC66 series.

The pin pitch is 0.1" so you can use the module also on any typical prototyping board or breadboard.

Pin Header Options

Use the Headers option at the bottom of this page to select what type of pin headers you want included with the module and whether you want them included loose or pre-soldered. The default option is for common rectangular pins included loose (the photo above shows Round Swiss pins soldered). All pin header types use 3mm long pins. You will receive five pins per side.

Below the header option selector, you will see checkboxes for adding additional header strips, just in case, as well as socket strips that will mate with the Round Swiss pin header type. If you want to install the socket strips on your prototype so that you can plug in this module with Round Swiss pins, make sure to change and Update the quantity of sockets to 2 during checkout. (A 5-pin socket is not available, but the 6-pin strips can have one pin broken off to turn them into 5-pin sockets.)
