This is a shield for the OLIMEXINO-NANO tiny Arduino Leonardo compatible board. This shield breaks out the Arduino signals to 0.1"-pitch header pins so you can connect it easily to a Solderless Breadboard for prototyping work. The shield also has another set of female 0.05" headers so you can stack a second shield on your OLIMEXINO-NANO system, such as the OLIMEXINO-NANO-BAT battery holder shield.  The picture below shows this shield mounted on the OLIMEXINO-NANO and plugged into a breadboard:
