This is a full-function evaluation kit with rich peripheral interfaces and includes Linux 2.6.39 and Android 2.3.5 operating systems with source code. The board features 128MB DDR2 SDRAM, 256MB NandFlash, 4MB DataFlash and 64KB EEPROM memory. The on-board interfaces include six serial ports, USB Host/OTG, Ethernet, LCD interface (LCD optional), CAN, RS485, etc. The MYD-SAM9X35-V2 board can run Linux and Android, and is delivered with full peripheral driver source code so that you can evaluate the SAM9X35 processor and quickly develop your own applications. The MYD-SAM9X35-V2 development board is provided with detailed schematic documents, datasheet, and user manual on DVD-ROM along with the necessary cable accessories. These allow you to evaluate, customize, and develop hardware and software to cover many fields such as consumer electronics, automation, portable data terminals, industrial control, security devices, test and measurement instruments, etc. The included MYC-SAM9X35-V2 CPU module plugs into the main board via a pair of 2.0mm-pitch dual-row headers (2×35), and can be replaced by other modules so you can evaluate the different processors in the Atmel SAM9Gxx and SAM9Xxx series. The differences between the five available processors is as follows: See the Atmel SAM9X35 Page for a datasheet and other documentation on the CPU. Note that while the CPU has a dual CAN module built in, this board breaks out only one CAN channel.
