This is an add-on license that unlocks the Low-Speed/Full-Speed USB Protocol Analyzer portion of the software for the SIGMA2 and OMEGA logic analyzers (or for the obsolete SIGMA).

We will need the serial number of your unit. If you're purchasing this license for a SIGMA, SIGMA2 or OMEGA that you already have, please enter its serial number in the Comments box after placing your order. The serial number is located on the bottom of the enclosure (the part at the end — A60 followed by five digits), or can be viewed in Windows Device Manager.

Within 1 business day, you should receive an email with a license code that you can enter in the SIGMA/OMEGA software by selecting the Licence menu item.

To make USB analysis easy, you also should purchase the LA-USBProbe which breaks out the USB signals to header pins.
