This is a faceplate for the PT10E or PT24E prototyping board's RM2015S enclosure when the SBC28DC board is plugged into it.

The faceplate is shaped to provide access to the SBC28DC's DB9 RS232 port and power supply connector. Markings provide details about the required power supply.
