This development board contains a Cypress Semiconductors PSoC5LP ARM Cortex-M3 microcontroller. The microcontroller comes soldered on the board and with a USB HID bootloader installed. The board's DIP layout allows it to plug into a breadboard, or a prototyping board such as the 201-0302-01 for easy development, proof of concept, or utilization in prototypes. The PSoC chip operates from 0.5V to 5.5V utilizing the on-board boost converter that will operate from 0.5V and 3.6V, an LDO with up to 35V input or an external DC source. The board has 30 I/O that can be used for digital or analog signals, as well as two CapSense modules. You can configure your hardware resources as well as develop, download and debug your software with Cypress' free PSoC Creator IDE tool, selecting library modules or creating your own. A Full-Speed USB 2.0 Mini-B connector is provided for use with the USB HID Bootloader to program your design. You can debug your USB designs with the free SnoopyPro USB sniffer. The board also has a header for the Cypress MiniProg3 programmer/debugger. PSoC5LP Development Board Resources Note: The above links are all for the Rev. B board (which has a white Molex SWD connector next to the USB connector). If you have the Rev. A board (which had a 0.5"-pitch 2×5-pin JTAG connector next to the USB connector), download these Rev. A files.
