This is a 10-inch adapter cable that allows you to use Microchip PIC programmers that have an RJ12 jack on boards that use a 6-pin header with 0.1" pitch, such as boards manufactured by Olimex that we carry.

The same adaptation can be made using our PIC-ICSP which lets you adapt to/from a few different types of PIC programming interfaces. This cable just provides a simple connection for a specific scenario.

The RJ12 on this cable is compatible with programmers such as the Microchip MPLAB ICD 3, MPLAB ICD 2, MPLAB REAL ICE, CCS ICD-S/ICD-U models, etc.

The 6-pin header is wired 1:1 with the RJ12:
