The CB-160-G1 is a compact carrier board designed to provide a simple means of adding user input to the uOLED-160-G1 or uOLED-160-G2 intelligent display modules. A tiny 5-position joystick facilitates user input for these displays, and a small speaker can be used for game sounds or audible feedback. This carrier board also provides a secure stable attachment for the µOLED-160 displays. When the display is mounted on the carrier board, the combination provides additional protection for the display. A display is not included. You must purchase one of the uOLED-160 displays separately and either solder it on the board or solder sockets on the board and mount it that way. The pictures below show a display soldered on the board, with the display's breakaway mounting tabs removed: The 5-pin male header on the bottom of the board becomes an extension of the programming pins from the uOLED-160 display, so that you can program or control the display with the 4D Programming Cable or the µUSB-MB5 bridge with a USB cable.
