ADI Blackfin USB Host Daughter Card for the ADI Blackfin STAMP Board This USB Host Daughter Card is designed for use with the ADI Blackfin Stamp Boards. The board has two USB chips on it: the SL811HS and the ISP1362: The SL811HS is an Embedded USB Host/Slave Controller capable of communicating in either full speed (12 Mbps) or low-speed (1.5 Mbps). It supports host or slave (device) modes, but not USB On-The-Go (OTG). The Philips ISP1362 is a single-chip Universal Serial Bus (USB) On-The-Go (OTG) and Slave/Host Controller. It has two USB ports: port 1 and port 2. Port 1 can be hardware configured to function as a downstream port (host), an upstream port (device) or an OTG port whereas port 2 can only be used as a downstream port (host). The host and device controllers are compliant with Universal Serial Bus Specification Rev. 2.0, supporting data transfers at full-speed (12 Mbit/s) and low-speed (1.5 Mbit/s). Supported Boards are: - BF533-STAMP
- BF537-STAMP
- BF533-EZKIT
- BF537-EZKIT
The board features two different USB HOST/SLAVE Controllers: - Both USB controllers can be operated simultaneously.
- Configurable Hardware Interrupt Pin assignments.
- On board USB over-current protection
Important Note: Note: For both Controllers only USB HOST Linux drivers are available! OTG or USB DEVICE are supported by the Hardware, but no sample drivers are available. Documentation, Linux drivers and uCLinux example application code for this USB Host Daughter card are available at blackfin.uclinux.org
