The Eddy-WiFi V3.0 USB-WLAN module allows you to connect your embedded system board running Linux O/S to 802.11b, 802.11g and 802.11n wireless networks that operate in the 2.4GHz ISM frequency band. The USB Host interface signals are available via two single-row connection headers at the bottom of the module. This module is designed specifically to be plugged on top of the Eddy V2.5 series CPU modules (it is not compatible with Eddy V2.1), but also can be used in your own embedded design. The Eddy-WiFi V3.0 features 128-bit WEP and WPA/WPA2 encryption to protect your wireless network from eavesdroppers. Eddy-WiFi is supported by Linux 2.6.x drivers.
