Use this simple PCB to work with any SMD IC in an 18-pin SOIC package. Solder your SMD IC onto the PCB and solder male header pins to the bottom of the PCB to create an SOIC-to-DIP adapter that you can plug into an 18-pin DIP socket.

The DIP width is 300mil. The PCB size is 25mm × 20mm.
