Atmel ATmega32A-PU AVR Microcontroller Description:

The ATmga32A-PU is a newer version of the ATmega32-16PU. It is fully pin and function compatible. Active and Idle mode current consumption of the ATmega32A has been reduced significantly compared to the ATmega32.
