The Zeroplus LAP-C-16032 16-channel, PC-based logic analyzer features powerful protocol analyzer capabilities. The standard package includes protocol analyzer plug-ins for over 110 protocols.
The Zeroplus patented waveform compression technology increases the effective sample memory capacity far beyond the physical 32 kbits/channel. All 16 channels of the LAP-C-16032 can achieve a compression rate up to 8× depending on the data content, allowing you to obtain considerably more sampling data.
The logic analyzer connects to a PC via USB. It supports the full 480Mbps USB 2.0 speed, but also can use 12Mbps USB 1.1. The analyzer is powered from the USB as well.
The LAP-C Series of Logic Analyzers features models with 16- and 32-input channels and various capture storage memory sizes. See the table below for comparison. The model numbers at the top of below table link to the respective model's order page (model 321000 is no longer produced). Download a PDF of the LAP-C user manual (version 3.13.03).

Protocol Analyzer Package Contents
The included signal connector cables are 25cm in length. A 40cm cable package is available separately.
- LAP-C-16032 logic analyzer unit
- Protocol Analyzer software plugins included for over 110 protocols. Download this Excel spreadsheet and view the 16032 column to see the complete list of protocols available for this analyzer. (Note that the spreadsheet was made before all available protocols became free, so you can ignore the Type column showing "Free" versus "Available" protocols; all plugins are included in the latest version of the ZeroPlus software.)
- USB cable
- Two 8-channel signal connectors
- One 2-channel signal connector
- One single-channel signal connector
- 2 test hook grips
- Software CD-ROM
All Protocol Analyzers Now Free! In February 2016, the ZeroPlus software was updated to include all protocol analyzers. If your unit's CD-ROM has an older version of the software, download version 3.13.04 to unlock all protocol analyzers so you won't need to download each one individually and won't have a limit to how many you can register.
Visit the ZeroPlus Application Notes Page for technical documentation covering a wide range of topics, and to see more details about the differences between the LAP-C models, and how to use the logic/protocol analyzers in different ways.
