10 conductor flat ribbon cable, 15 cm in length, with 10-pin (2x5) female IDC connector mounted on each end. The connector has 2.54mm pin spacing.
This type of ribbon cable is used by most Atmel AVR JTAG debuggers and in-system programmers.
If you need length other than 15cm, you can make your own cables by purchasing the cable and connectors separately.
