This is a 5V ATmega328 board that runs at 16MHz and is pre-programmed with the Arduino bootloader (select Arduino Duemilanove or Nano w/ ATmega328 within the Arduino software) that allows you to upload code to the ATmega328 via serial UART using the open-source Arduino development environment .
Arduino Pro does not come with connectors populated, so you can solder in any connector or wire with any orientation you need. The DC power jack footprint is available, but not populated. You can order a matching power jack and rectangular pin headers as add-on options at the bottom of this page. We also offer a 5V USB-to-Serial cable as an add-on option, which you could plug in to the board's UART connector to enable the board to be connected to a PC's USB port.
