This is a pack of ten 2" × 2" prototyping boards each of which supports two types of Chip Scale Package ICs: - 0.65mm Pitch: 32-lead CSP
- 0.5mm Pitch: 36-lead CSP
It also has space for some 0805 and 0603 parts. This product utilizes the patented Schmartboard|ez technology to make soldering surface-mount devices easy. Your SMT part will sit in grooves that hold it in place and already have solder in them. So all you need to do is put a chip in the grooves, apply flux, and use a small enough soldering tip. Connect multiple Schmartboards together! Every Schmartboard has small notches along its sides which allow you to connect any number of them together in any combination. Purchase a set of the Mechanical Bridge Interconnects available in the options below if you want to be able to combine your Schmartboards. Also available in single quantity.
