This a pack of ten 2" × 2" prototyping boards each of which supports five types of Chip Scale Package ICs at three different pitch sizes: - 0.8mm Pitch: 12- and 16-lead CSP
- 0.65mm Pitch: 20-lead CSP
- 0.5mm Pitch: 16- and 28-lead CSP
This product utilizes the patented Schmartboard|ez technology to make soldering surface-mount devices easy. Your SMT part will sit in grooves that hold it in place and already have solder in them. So all you need to do is put a chip in the grooves, apply flux, and use a small enough soldering tip. Also available in single quantity. Connect multiple Schmartboards together! Every Schmartboard has small notches along its sides which allow you to connect any number of them together in any combination. Purchase a set of the Mechanical Bridge Interconnects available in the options below if you want to be able to combine your Schmartboards.
