Use this simple PCB to work with any SMD IC in a 14-pin SOIC package. Solder your SMD IC onto the PCB and solder male header pins to the bottom of the PCB to create an SOIC-to-DIP adapter that you can plug into a 14-pin DIP socket.
The DIP width is 300mil; the SOIC width is 150mil. The PCB size is 20mm × 20mm.
