This RS232 null modem cable measures six feet in length and has a female DB9 connector on each end.

This Null Modem cable uses the modem-to-terminal pin out that supports both hardware and software handshaking. Transmit and receive signals are crossed to ensure proper data transmission between two DTE or DCE devices.

RS232 Null Modem Cable Pin Out Connections:

• pins 1 and 6 connect to pin 4 of other connector
• pin 2 connects to pin 3
• pin 3 connects to 2
• pin 4 connects to pins 1 and 6
