A20-SOM-4GB is a System-on-Chip module that contains an Allwinner A20 dual-core ARM Cortex-A7 processor, an AXP209 Power Managment Unit, 1GB DDR3 memory and 4GB NAND Flash. All the A20 signals are available on six 40-pin connectors with 0.05" pitch. The module includes a UART console connector and microSD card slot. You also can purchase this SoM with an evaluation board that provides VGA, HDMI, Audio In/Out, 2MP Camera, Gigabit Ethernet, SATA, USB-OTG and two USB host interfaces.
