The majority of products sold at microcontrollershop.ucpros.com are not designed or manufactured by uCPros. Warranty conditions and periods vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Limitation of Liability
MicroController Pros Corporation's (uCPros) liability for all products is expressly limited, at our option, to either: a) the repair or replacement of products that meet the manufacturer's Limited Warranty, or b) to a credit to Buyer in an amount equal to the Purchase Price (excluding shipping cost) of the product. In no event shall uCPros be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, losses or expenses directly or indirectly arising from the sale, handling, installation or use of products bought from us or from any other cause related thereto.
Beyond the warranty provided by the original manufacturer of a product as outlined above: uCPROS MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON THIS SITE.
