High-Performance, Enhanced PIC Flash Microcontroller in 40-pin PDIP

The PIC16F1937 CMOS Flash-based 8-bit microcontroller features 8 MIPS execution, 256 bytes of EEPROM data memory, 512 bytes of SRAM, integrated debug support, 36 I/Os, two comparators, 14 channels of 10-bit Analog-to-Digital (A/D) converter, five capture/compare/PWM functions (three enhanced), 16-channel CapSense module, four 8-bit timers, one 16-bit timer, a synchronous serial port that can be configured as either 3-wire SPI or 2-wire I2C bus, a USART, and an integrated LCD controller.
