Samsung S3C2416X (ARM9) Processor Module Description
Measuring only 65mm by 45mm, the Mini2416-I is a powerful and cost-effective ARM9 based processor card. It is based on the Samsung 16/32-bit microprocessor S3C2416X, which operates at up to 400MHz, and is designed for projects requiring low power consumption and overall cost.
The Mini2416-I ARM processor module has 128MBytes NAND Flash and 64MBytes DDR2 SDRAM on board. The CPU I/O signals are available via two 2.0mm-pitch 2×42-pin pin header connectors.
Optional Development Board
A development board for this module is available: the SBC2416-I, which provides easy access to the various integrated interfaces of the module for quick product development and prototyping.
