
The GPS Shield for Arduino connects to your Arduino board to provide position, speed, date and time data. The module has a U.FL antenna connector. The product picture shows the included "internal" antenna connected to the module. The assembled shield has a Vincotech A1080-B GPS module that uses the standard NMEA protocol (www.nmea.org) to transmit the position data via serial port.
