The included CD contains a Windows installer for full-featured and open-source tools: GCC C compiler, OpenOCD debugger and Eclipse IDE. Power Supply Function USB source current is limited with a resettable fuse at 300mA. The maximum current varies depending on the voltage output selected: 5V/200mA, 9V/100mA, 12V/70mA. This also depends on your USB host's current capabilities. If other USB devices are attached to your computer, or if it's a laptop running on batteries, these figures may be different and can vary between USB hosts.
