LPC2294 Development Board Features

• NXP LPC2294 16/32-bit ARM7TDMI-S MCU with 256 kBytes Program Flash, 16 kBytes RAM, External memory bus, RTC, 4x 10-bit ADC at 2.44 uS, 2x UARTs, 4x CAN, I2C, SPI, 2x 32-bit Timers, 7x CCR, 6x PWM, WDT, 5V tolerant I/O, up to 60 MHz operation
• Standard JTAG connector with ARM 2x10-pin layout for programming/debugging (such as with ARM-JTAG)
• 1MB 70 ns SRAM
• 4MB (2Mx16bit) 70 ns TE28F320C3BD70 C3 Intel Flash
• CS8900A Ethernet controller with RJ45 connector (16-bit mode with interrupt)
• RS232 port
• CAN drivers and connector
• SD/MMC card connector
• All LPC2294 port signals available on extension connectors
• Reset button
• Reset circuit can be controlled externally by NXP ISP utility via USB-RS232 virtual port
• Jumper setting to boot from external memory
• Jumper setting for ISP/RUN mode selection
• User button
• Two on-board voltage regulators: 1.8V and 3.3V with up to 800mA current
• Dimensions: 118 x 101 mm ( 4.65 x 3.97")

This board is capable of running eCos with many applications, including TCP/IP.
