
Prototype board with two 12-pin terminal block connectors and LEDs, fully assembled, with RM2015S enclosure. This prototype board is designed for a smaller mainboard to plug into it, then together they will fit inside the included RM2015S enclosure. The enclosure measures 100mm (3.94") long by 130mm (5.21") wide by 30mm (1.18") high, and is constructed of durable ABS plastic. Screws are included for fastening the mated boards to the inside of the enclosure. There is plenty of prototype space. All pins of the two 2x24-pin daughterboard connector are available, and clearly marked on the PCB. Two 12-pin terminal block connectors are included for your application. The board has eight red LEDs connected to a shift register and controlled by port pins C0, C1 and C2. All LEDs have 1k resistors in series with them. Compatible Control Boards A mainboard is not included. The following control mainboards can be used: Any one of these control boards must be plugged into a corner of the prototype board. In the image to the right, the connectors for a control board are visible on the top left corner. Faceplates The faceplate shown in the top image is included. However, depending on which control board and communication interface your system will use, there are three possible faceplates for the other side of the enclosure. Use the Faceplate option box at the bottom of this page to select the appropriate one for your project.
