This 2" × 2" Prototyping Board supports an 88-lead Chip Scale Package (CSP) or 88-pin QFN IC with 0.4mm pitch. It also has space for some 0603 parts. This product utilizes the patented Schmartboard|ez technology to make soldering surface-mount devices easy. Your SMT part will sit in grooves that hold it in place and already have solder in them. So all you need to do is put a chip in the grooves, apply flux, and use a small enough soldering tip. Also available in a 10-pack.
