This 2" × 2" Prototyping Board supports five types of Chip Scale Package ICs at three different pitch sizes:

• 0.8mm Pitch: 12- and 16-lead CSP
• 0.65mm Pitch: 20-lead CSP
• 0.5mm Pitch: 16- and 28-lead CSP

This product utilizes the patented Schmartboard|ez technology to make soldering surface-mount devices easy. Your SMT part will sit in grooves that hold it in place and already have solder in them. So all you need to do is put a chip in the grooves, apply flux, and use a small enough soldering tip.
