ToolBox supports all members of the Silicon Laboratories family of microcontrollers in the popular 5mm x 5mm x 1mm 28-pin QFN package. The 28QFN Programmer™ board has a high quality Plastronic Lidded Socket for programming and testing all of these C8051-based MCUs, including the F311, F313, F315, F321, F326, F327, F351, F353, F411 and F413. Simply select the MCU with a rotary switch, place the MCU into the socket and download your program via the USB from the SiLabs IDE. Your custom parts can have unique serial numbers, passwords and other parameters. 28QFN ToolBox helps you: - Program any Silicon Laboratories MCU in the popular 28QFN package
- Evaluate SiLab microcontrollers with all power and signal lines available
- Test thousands of IC devices with SPI, I2C, Serial or other interfaces
- Build and test custom circuits on the prototyping board
- Reduce the cost and time of developing MCU-based products
ToolBox brings all 28 lines to a socket to support testing MCU devices. The full power of the SiLabs IDE is available for debugging your MCU. Signals can be generated and measured, inputs captured and viewed and system buses tested. It is an efficient test stand for interfacing and controlling thousands of bus-oriented devices. Test, evaluate and understand devices by interfacing the appropriate bus or control lines of your MCU and using the SiLabs IDE to download and debug with single step, breakpoints and other functions. ToolBox comes with one 28QFN ProtoBoard. Additional 28QFN ProtoBoards are sold separately.
