AT91SAM9G45 WinCE Board, 4x USB-H, 3x RS232, RS422/485, Ethernet


M-606 is a standard 3.5-inch form factor ready-to-use WinCE 6.0 Single Board Computer. It is powered by a 400MHz AT91SAM9G45 ARM9 Processor with memory management unit, and equipped with 128MB SDRAM, 128MB NAND Flash, and 2MB DataFlash. The M-606 comes with on-board TTL/LVDS LCD interface, which can drive 5V or 12V powered LCD panels, up to 1280 860 resolution. This is an ideal choice for mission-critical industrial applications where HMI (Human Machine Interface) is necessary. The M-606 also provides some enhanced command-line utilities, which can help you to manage user accounts, configure the network interface, or update the kernel and file system. The M-606 supports .NET Compact Framework 2.0, and your applications can be developed in VB.Net, C# or C/C++ programming languages.
