The development board supports the Atmel AT91x40 ARM based microcontroller series with its various memory options. The board is comprised of a mother board and a daughter board. The daughter board holds the Atmel AT91 series microcontroller. You can choose between:

• AT91FR40162 daughter board, with 256 kBytes of On-chip SRAM and 1024K Words 16-bit Flash Memory
