The selection table below lists the 8051 emulator componentsthat are required to emulate a particular Hynix 8051 derivative and package. Emulators for Hynix 8051 microcontrollers are built from three modules: A Main Board, an exchangeable POD board and an exchangeable Package Adapter. Those emulators have an entry/link in each column of the table below. You need to order at least one main board, POD board and package adapter to receive a complete 8051 emulator. - Advantage of modular emulators:The same Main Board in combination with different PODs and package adapters can be used to emulate any supported 8051 derivative from other manufacturers. See our 8051 manufacturer-specific selection guides for:
[All 8051 Manufacturers] (long) [Atmel] [Dallas / Maxim] [Intel] [ISSI] [Micronas] [OKI] [Philips / NXP] [Russian 8051 clones] [SST] [Winbond]
How to use this selection guide: - Locate the part number of the 8051 microcontroller you want to emulate in the "Target MCU" column of the table below.
- In the row associated with your target MCU, click on the links for "Main boards", "POD" and "Package Adapter" to buy and/or to view a detailed description and the price of each module. Each separate row starting out in the "main board" column represents a valid emulator module combination.
